Contracted as a full-time UI/UX & XR Designer at the Magna Engineering Center in Munich, Germany, focusing on XR interaction, user interface, and user experience design engineering. As part of an innovation-driven team, I contribute to the research and development of cutting-edge products, supporting various OEMs and partners in transforming ideas from concept to reality.

-  Served as a design engineer, aligning customer needs with technical and design requirements to support prototyping and product development.

  • - Prototyped multi-modal infotainment solutions for next-generation vehicle HMI, integrating and leveraging 2D/3D UI/UX, voice, haptics, and sound.
  • - Led R&D initiatives to define immersive future-driving experiences using multi-screen displays, spatial interaction and mixed-reality.

- Developed design systems and CX requirements for internal and partner-facing applications. Shaping product strategy and enabling early launches.

- Collaborated across disciplines and successfully presented and defended design proposals to executive-level leaderships, consistently achieving buy-in  for implementation.

  • - Experienced in collaborating with OEMs and R&D teams to define customer-obsessed, scalable design systems.
  • - Lead of the Microsoft project.
  • - Defined user journey and user flow for our innovative 2D crossed 3D user interface and experience.
  • - Defined design language for visualizing in-car voice assistant.
  • - Developed interactive prototypes in Unity (C#).
  • - Contributed to build and develop immersive Mixed-Reality driving simulation.
